Since, most of us are in quarantine right now It leaves a lot of time to do some thinking, some of which I’ve been doing a lot of lately. Being so stuck in my own head has left me feeling worthless, your own head can sometimes be the worst place to be. Whilst, I’ve been pondering with my own thoughts I’ve realised how far back I’ve gone in terms of loving myself. I feel hollow, I look at myself and I see nothing.
After realising I’ve taken a step back in my journey, I can now do something to change that. Anyone who is feeling stuck in their own head right I want you to know that you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to last forever. Starting from today I’ve decided to make some changes.
Firstly, from today onwards I will be making a conscious effort to exercise every morning. I used to love exercising, letting my anger out and just starting my morning off with a boost. Secondly, I will tell myself I’m beautiful and worthy of love every day whilst looking at myself in the mirror, because I am… And Lastly, I will begin to write as much as I can instead of allowing myself to fall into the darkness. And when my thoughts begin to take over I will kick them out and tell myself how great I am!
If you’re struggling to cope, during this difficult time. Please remember this is only temporary and there are things you can do to stop feeling so caught up in your own thoughts. You’re beautiful and most of all… You’re worthy of being loved you just have to believe in yourself.
Please stay safe and take care of yourselves.
You will never be free until you free yourself from the prison of your own false thoughts.
Have been thinking of exercising since long but somehow not able to, but now I think I will. Nicely put together. Happy blogging. K.

You can do it! It’s hard to take that first step but you most certainly can do it, start of slow and ease your way in.
Thank you so much, wishing you all the best x

Used to do it regularly some time ago, but lost that rhythm and now finding it difficult, but will surely start again. Thanks for your good wishes. Keep reading. K.

I can actually get this quite often, especially recently. Trapped on a loop inside my head. I love that you’ve reached out to show others they’re not alone, and I hope you can remember that yourself. You’re not alone in it either. I think the steps to move forward steadily are good. Hang in there. And please stay safe ♥

Just starting a simple walk a few times a week will help. Since lockdown here in the UK, we’ve got into the habit of a daily walk, about an hr. Found it very helpful with cleaning the mind and being ready for the day ahead.
You can do it!! 👍👍👍
